• Develop partnerships that support the values and principles of  culture change and make recommendations around how and when to begin the culture change journey

Deliver

• Partner with strategic partners and community leaders to assess needs, plan, coordinate,  deliver training and programming to change behavior and build individual and organizational capability
• Provide support and knowledge around a compliance training program for management oversight
• Provide assistance around marketing, course creation, tracking and reporting on community, department and individual participation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain and leverage industry knowledge and networks to provide "best practice" and  establish benchmarking process.
