The Center of Excellence (COE) program is designed around a network of like-minded companies with the common goal of strengthening their professional field of practice.    The COE is about service delivery Best Practices and providing members increased business opportunities.  It Is not about  internal business operations or telling members how to run their companies.  The COE establishes Standards and Compliance, Market Education, Member Education, Certification, and Best Practices.

The Center of Excellence is structured with a membership organization to which all members belong.  The membership organization will have a member elected Executive Committee for governance and volunteer membership working committees for Education, Standards & Certification, Events, and Membership.  The Center of Excellence Limited Liability Company (COE, LLC) is the legal business entity which is responsible for managing and executing all operational functions of the COE.
